1. TOTAL ISSUER RESPONSIBILITY

You are the sole and exclusive responsible party for all content you certify. Solvik Studio does not review, validate, or approve any document.

2. SOLVIK STUDIO DOES NOT VERIFY IDENTITIES

The verified badge confirms account control, not institutional legitimacy. Responsibility for the authenticity of issued documents lies entirely with the issuer.

3. PERMANENT STORAGE

Documents are stored in a permanent encrypted cloud. Once issued, a certificate cannot be altered or deleted by any party.

4. TICKETS & MEMBERSHIPS

Tickets issued through Solvik Studio are digital instruments. Solvik Studio does not guarantee physical access to any event. Ticket validity depends exclusively on the event organizer.

5. FRAUDULENT USE

Any fraud committed through this platform is permanently traceable to the issuing account. Solvik Studio will cooperate with authorities upon legal order.

6. FINAL PAYMENTS

USDC payments are irrevocable. No refunds for unused storage or processed transactions.

7. NO LEGAL GUARANTEE

Solvik Studio does not grant legal validity to any document in any jurisdiction. Solvik Studio is not liable for damages arising from platform use under any circumstances.
