1. TOTAL ISSUER RESPONSIBILITY

You are the sole and exclusive responsible party for all content you certify with your wallet. Solvik Studio does not review, validate, or approve any document.

2. SOLVIK STUDIO DOES NOT VERIFY IDENTITIES

The .sol badge confirms domain control, not institutional legitimacy. Anyone can register any name. Responsibility lies with the issuer.

3. IRREVOCABLE PERMANENCE

Documents uploaded to Arweave are permanent. Solvik Studio cannot delete them under any circumstance. Solana transactions are irrevocable.

4. TICKETS & MEMBERSHIPS

Tickets issued as cNFTs are digital instruments. Solvik Studio does not guarantee physical access to any event. Ticket validity depends exclusively on the event organizer.

5. FRAUDULENT USE

Any fraud is permanently signed with your wallet on the Solana blockchain. Solvik Studio will cooperate with authorities upon legal order.

6. FINAL PAYMENTS

USDC payments are irrevocable. No refunds for unused credits or processed transactions.

7. NO LEGAL GUARANTEE

Solvik Studio does not grant legal validity to any document in any jurisdiction. Limitation of liability: Solvik Studio is not liable for damages arising from platform use under any circumstances.
